VoiceCheap.ai offers services including but not limited to video dubbing, translation, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text. These services can be used in various languages and formats. Users are granted a license to use the created content commercially without limitation.

Users must have full rights to the content they translate and ensure it complies with applicable laws. Any content that infringes on third-party rights or violates the law is strictly prohibited.

It is strictly forbidden to create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial for repeated video translations. The free trial is intended solely for testing purposes and not for commercial use. All translated videos during the trial period are for personal use and testing only. It is also prohibited to remove the watermark from videos translated using a non-paid account and use them elsewhere. VoiceCheap.ai reserves the right to deactivate any account and delete all minutes from any account that appears suspicious or does not comply with these rules.

Users can cancel their subscription at any time without prior notice. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If unsatisfied, users can request a refund within 5 days of the first payment.

We collect data regarding user actions, location, visited pages, and selected settings, as further described in our Privacy Policy. Users agree to this data collection when using our services.

No user content, personal data, or project materials are used to train artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative models. Your information is processed solely to provide and improve the operation of the services you request, not for model training.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure. We process personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable European data protection laws (including French RGPD rules where they apply).

We reserve the right to delete, block, or suspend any account or user if suspicious or dangerous behavior is detected.

We regularly send emails about updates and discounts. Users can opt out of receiving these emails at any time.

VoiceCheap uses the YouTube API Services to enhance the experience of our premium subscribers. Specifically, we use the API to:

• Import videos from your YouTube channel for translation and dubbing
• Retrieve basic channel information such as channel name, description, and profile picture
• Upload translated and dubbed videos directly to your YouTube channel
• Update video metadata, including titles, descriptions, and thumbnails

We take the security and privacy of your YouTube data seriously. All sensitive information related to your YouTube account is encrypted and stored securely. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

By using our service, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We adhere to the YouTube API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke VoiceCheap access to your YouTube data at any time by visiting the Google Security Settings page.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This includes limitations on retaining, sharing, and using YouTube API Data.

For videos designated as Made for Kids, we ensure compliance with applicable children privacy laws, including COPPA and GDPR. We do not collect personal information or engage in personalized advertising for these videos.

We do not encourage, enable, or require users to engage in any activities that violate YouTube terms, such as artificial inflation of video views or engagement metrics.
